While watching 5 minutes of the Miami-KC game, I saw two advertisements for what's sure to be the absolute worst TV movie ever. Vampire Bats looks so bad that the commentators couldn't get through the in-game advertisement without busting up laughing. These are the same intelligent people that have been quoted: "Well, it's 3rd down and 8. I bet they try to get the ball to this area *circles yellow line on screen* but the defense is going to try to stop them before they get there". Yeaaahh.

Not a lot to say; well there is but I don't feel like details. Good things continue happening [along with some bad things but they're getting easier and easier to ignore]. Yes that's vague. No I don't care. Live with it; a couple of you know what's up.

I went to a tournament with Peabody today. He is a genius. It's official. Our quality of debate was unbelievable, I'm not going to lie--we won every flow. Lay judges and stupid teams are our downfall.

My cousin's getting married tonight, so I'll be exposed to a lot of love and stuff. As you can tell, I'm very enthused about that. Wait, no, not really. But at least I look good and he'll be happy [he=cousin]. I updated my profile for the first time this month, so check that out. Other than that, some really sweet stuff is happening right now. Don't think I've been this happy yet this school year. Despite the whole "I don't sleep" thing...

I don't get why we can't have school sponsored lacrosse shirts that say "SAINTS LACROSSE" in the front and "We're good with sticks and balls" on the back. Does the administration have their mind up the gutter or something? Maybe the fact that we wanted to put "Est. 69" in the corner added to it... I don't get what's wrong. I mean, not only do I have incredible stick skills, but my stick's 3 feet long. Know how much talent it takes to operate that? I should be getting shirts thrown at me that say "I'm good with my stick". But nooo, the Catholic school can't allow that. Silliness.

So I'm at lunch today, minding my own business and loading up massive amounts of ketchup to go with my corn dogs/fries/chocolate chip cookie when Kyle Cesar comes up behind me and says "Did you hear what happened to Ben Saturday night?" I took a couple seconds to think about it.. "Bowling with Bob?" and before I'm even done stating my question [yeah that's right, stating my question] I hear "Ben tried to get on [censored] at bowling!" I'm just like, whatever man. Go... run around in traffic or something. We get to the table and someone else says something about it right as Ben's sitting down. I'm sitting here like wow. No common decency at all. But I can't say that, especially considering the other things that had or were to come out of my mouth today. So instead, as Ben starts his "You don't know the whole story, just shut up", I defend my buddy the best way I know possible...

Someone: Ben was trying to make out with [censored] and got turned down!
Me: Who said?
Cesar: [censored] did!
Me: Oh, she was probably misinterpretating it. I bet he was leaning in for the smack.
[table laughs]
Cesar: No you tried to kiss her!
Ben: You don't even---
Me: Cesar, shutup. You're not covering all the possibilities. I mean, what if she smelled like pizza? Huh? You can't tell me you wouldn't start leaning into a girl that smelled like pizza.
[table laughs again]
Cesar: But--
Healy: Hey I heard your date left you at homecoming.
Cesar: Shutup.
[table laughs and I can finally enjoy my dang corn dogs]

I just realized I haven't had a solid [some people say "deep"] conversation with anyone since... early August I think. Strange how I've felt good anyways. Even though sleep has not been a part of my routine.

Ben and I definitely rocked it in Duke jerseys today. People were jealous, I could tell. I stopped one freshman who had a KU jersey on in the hallways and informed him "I'm better than you are." I'm not sure whether he got it or not; he just kinda stared at me. Oh well, I tried.

I have a serious craving for chocolate right now. Lots of chocolate. I want a 5 pound Hersheys or something.
